Very difficult to get a live person on the phone
I've visited this branch twice in the last month. I normally bank online but certain things require a visit. After 2 days of trying to resolve a certain situation at the downtown branch and other locations I came to this location considering it being the closest branch to home. Christina was very helpful and provided a solution.
They only have 2 cashiers inside n 6 people signing people up then they dnt even take cash deposit at the window without an account this location sucks idk who the manager is but while they that the line is curved to the door thwy ahould do something
Terrible service. Walked to the door at 12:55 they already locked it. Manager says they are closed when there were clearly people in line.
